Discrimination at the housing market

The victims of discrimination in access to housing can sue. Testings are widely accepted as evidence at these cases.

People who suffer from chronic diseases are discriminated in their search for accommodations. In this area people with visible chronic diseases are especially affected. Thus, the external appearance of people who suffer from eczema or obesity, are negatively affected.

People who suffer from multiple sclerosis, HIV and AIDS experience frequent discriminatory rejections at the conclusion of rent contracts, if the landlord became aware of the chronic disease.
